Ah, this weekend...How do I begin to describe my excitement for this weekend? Because my parents are divorced usually I have to stay with my father every other weekend and this weekend is his. But my boyfriend's graduation party is Saturday so I get to stay home to go to that. Tonight I'm just going to get all my chores out of the way, babysit my little brother, and probably read a book. Tomorrow I'm going to my boyfriend's house early to help his mom get the everything set up, then IT'S PARTY TIME! Sunday I will probably have more chores to do, and maybe hang out with some friends. It all really depends on what my parents (that is, my mother and my stepdad) will let me do. So it should be a good weekend.

How do I want to be remembered?
Honestly I don't know how to answer this question. Some people want to be remembered for some skill, some for something funny that they did, and some simply for their personality. But I don't know what sets me apart. What about me is memorable? If this weren't such a small class I probably wouldn't be remembered at all because I'm the kind of person who purposely fades into the background. I guess I just want to be remembered in a positive way. I don't want to be "that annoying girl" or "the suck up" or anything like that. I just want to be me. I want to be remembered for who I am, not what I have or haven't done. Otherwise, I guess I would be better off just being forgotten.

Winc
I wasn't happy with my old Winc logo so I didn't end up saving it. This is the new one I made, which is the same basic layout but looks a little nicer.

If I had to hire someone...
The top five things I would look for would be:
1) Good work ethic. I don't want a suck up but I want someone that will do their job and do it well.
2) A good attitude. I want someone who genuinely wants to be there even if it's not the best job. I want my employees to take pride in their work; then I will know that they will do their job well.
3) Clean cut dress and grooming. I don't want my employees looking like slobs. They are representatives of my business and I don't want my business to get a reputation as being unprofessional.
4) A "team player." Although I want each individual employee to do their own work and do it well, I don't want it to be every man for himself. Depending on the actual job, one mistake can snowball and bring the whole company down. I want my employees to work together to make things work. Honestly if someone doesn't work well with others and he or she only looks out for themselves then there's no place for them at my company. I don't expect everybody to get along, but to put those conflicts aside for the sake of their work. All for one and one for all.
5) Honesty. Now I don't mean that the person shouldn't have a filter on what they say. Some things are just inappropriate to say at work and I expect all of my employees to know that. I'm saying that I don't want someone to sit there and do nothing, taking credit for someone else's work, or watch someone do something that could potentially harm my business and not say anything. I want my employees to look out for the best interest of my business.

The Third Picture
This is my third photoshop picture. Like the picture of the finger star, I made the photo black and white then overlayed it with color.

3 Photoshop Pictures
With this first picture I actually took a photo of a group of my friends and I photoshopped another friend into it. She was camping so she was sad that she missed the bonfire that we were at. See the girl in the bottom right corner? That's her.
